1. Definitions

• “Customer/You”: Any individual or entity seeking financial products or services through Loanslan.

• “Partner Bank/NBFC”: Any financial institution with which Loanslan is empaneled as a DSA.

• “Services”: Refers to loan sourcing, loan facilitation, and related financial advisory provided by Loanslan.

2. Scope of Services

1. Loanslan acts solely as a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) for various banks and NBFCs.

2. We facilitate loan applications, including but not limited to:

   • Personal Loans

   • Business Loans

   • Home Loans

   • Loan Against Property

   • Vehicle/Car Loans

3. Final approval, sanction, disbursement, interest rate, and terms of the loan are solely determined by the respective bank/NBFC, not Loanslan.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

1. Submission of your documents and application through Loanslan does not guarantee loan approval.

2. Approval is subject to the internal policies, credit checks, and eligibility criteria of the lending institution.

4. Documentation & Information

1. Customers must provide true, complete, and accurate information while applying.

2. Loanslan will not be responsible for any loan rejection or penal action due to false, incomplete, or misleading documents/information submitted by the customer.

3. All documents provided may be shared with partner banks/NBFCs strictly for processing your loan application.

5. Service Charges & Fees

1. Loanslan does not charge customers any upfront fees for loan facilitation, unless explicitly communicated in writing.

2. Any fees, commissions, or charges applicable shall be as per RBI guidelines and disclosed by the respective bank/NBFC.

3. Loanslan may receive commissions from banks/NBFCs directly for successful loan disbursals.

6. Customer Responsibilities

1. Ensure eligibility before applying for a loan product.

2. Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or communication with Loanslan.

3. Use the services only for lawful purposes and not for fraudulent activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

1. Loanslan is not liable for:

   • Loan rejection by any bank/NBFC.

   • Interest rates, tenure, processing fees, or terms imposed by the bank/NBFC.

   • Any financial loss or damages incurred due to delays or rejection.

2. Our role is limited to loan sourcing and customer facilitation.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Loanslan ensures that your personal data is protected and shared only with empaneled financial institutions for loan processing.

2. We comply with applicable data protection and RBI guidelines regarding customer confidentiality.

3. Customers consent to the collection, storage, and sharing of their information for loan processing by using our services.

9. Intellectual Property

1. All content on Loanslan’s website, including brand name, logo, design, and material, is the property of Loanslan.

2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Termination of Services

1. Loanslan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms.

2. Customers may discontinue using our services at any time.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Loanslan services shall fall under the jurisdiction of [Insert City, State] Courts.
